Does this sound familiar?
→ You’re tired of feeling like you have to hold everything together for everyone else. You’re always the strong one, the fixer, and the anchor, but keeping up that front takes all your energy, leaving nothing for your own well-being.
→ You feel lost, even though everyone thinks you’re doing great. On the outside, you seem great and even successful, so people assume you have it all together. It’s lonely to look like you’re have it all together while quietly feeling disconnected and overwhelmed inside.
→ It’s hard to stay present and feel grounded. Your mind races or shuts down. You end up going through the motions, distracted by anxiety or stuck in brain fog, struggling just to breathe and enjoy the moment.
→ How you feel is complicated, and it’s hard to find the right words to explain it. This isn’t just everyday stress—it’s a deep sense of burnout and emotional exhaustion that’s tough to share with friends or family. Sometimes it’s easier to just say "I’m fine" than try to sort it all out.
→ It is too hard to carry on your own, but there’s no one to help make it easier. You’re used to handling everything alone, but you’re not meant to carry this weight alone. You deserve a space where you don’t have to be the strong one, where you can finally set the weight down.
You’re sick and tired of feeling…
Running on empty while quietly worrying that your own needs make you "too much." The wave of guilt the second you even think about saying no or choosing yourself. Resentful of the people you love, because you've become the default problem-solver. Like you have to audition for your place in your own life.
Imagine a world where…
You finally get to drop the burden of over-giving. Your relationships stop feeling like a job and become genuine ones built on mutual care and respect. You can speak your truth freely, say the wrong thing without guilt, and take up space comfortably. You feel loved, seen, and appreciated for who you are, not for who they think you are.

Brain-based therapy for chronic overthinking, and burnout in Houston, Texas
As a reliable friend in recovery, I know exactly what it feels like to hold it all together. You are the "dependable one" everyone counts on, the one who always has a plan. But on the inside? You feel completely exhausted. You spend every ounce of your energy doing your best to be there for everyone else, yet a quiet, persistent voice constantly tells you that “you are not doing enough.” Over time, that constant pressure morphs into resentment and guilt that gnaws away at your peace.
I’ve spent over five years helping people take back control of their lives. I started out working in community mental health and outpatient care, supporting people through tough times and real challenges. Those early experiences taught me how to build resilience and connect with others, even in the hardest situations.

The easiest way to understand the difference is to think of Classical Neurofeedback as a gym workout, and LENs as hitting the reboot button on a frozen computer.
Classical Neurofeedback is an active training system that uses rewards to help your brain learn. You wear sensors and either watch a movie or play a game. When your brain shows calm, focused activity, the movie or game keeps playing. If your brain becomes anxious or distracted, the screen changes. After 20 to 40 sessions, your brain learns to maintain these healthy patterns, which can help you build lasting mental resilience.
LENs is passive. You just sit there for a few minutes. The machine reads your nervous system and sends an echo back. This gentle echo instantly breaks up the "stuck" loops caused by anxiety, trauma, or burnout. Sessions take just a couple of minutes, and you can feel relief in as little as 2 to 5 visits.

YOUR RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS AGAINST SURPRISE
MEDICAL BILLS
(OMB Control Number: 0938-1401)
When you get emergency care or get treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from surprise billing or balance billing.
What is “balance billing” (sometimes called “surprise billing”)?
When you see a doctor or other health care provider, you may owe certain out-of-pocket costs, such as a copayment, coinsurance, and/or a deductible. You may have other costs or have to pay the entire bill if you see a provider or visit a health care facility that isn’t in your health plan’s network.
“Out-of-network” describes providers and facilities that haven’t signed a contract with your health plan. Out-of-network providers may be permitted to bill you for the difference between what your plan agreed to pay and the full amount charged for a service. This is called “balance billing.” This amount is likely more than in-network costs for the same service and might not count toward your annual out-of-pocket limit.
“Surprise billing” is an unexpected balance bill. This can happen when you can’t control who is involved in your care - like when you have an emergency or when you schedule a visit at an in-network facility but are unexpectedly treated by an out-of-network provider.
You are protected from balance billing for: Emergency services
If you have an emergency medical condition and get emergency services from an out-of-network provider or facility, the most the provider or facility may bill you is your plan’s in-network cost-sharing amount (such as copayments and coinsurance). You can’t be balance billed for these emergency services. This includes services you may get after you’re in stable condition, unless you give written consent and give up your protections not to be balanced billed for these post-stabilization services.
Certain services at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center
When you get services from an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, certain providers there may be out-of-network. In these cases, the most those providers may bill you is your plan’s in-network cost-sharing amount. This applies to emergency medicine, anesthesia, pathology, radiology, laboratory, neonatology, assistant surgeon, hospitalist, or intensivist services. These providers can’t balance bill you and may not ask you to give up your protections not to be balance billed.
If you get other services at these in-network facilities, out-of-network providers can’t balance bill you unless you give written consent and give up your protections.
You’re never required to give up your protection from balance billing. You also aren’t required to get care out-of-network. You can choose a provider or facility in your plan’s network.
When balance billing isn’t allowed, you also have the following protections:
You are only responsible for paying your share of the cost (like the copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles that you would pay if the provider or facility was in-network).Yourhealthplanwillpayout-of-networkprovidersandfacilitiesdirectly.
Cover emergency services without requiring you to get approval for services inadvance(priorauthorization).
Count any amount you pay for emergency services or out-of-network servicestowardyourdeductibleandout-of-pocketlimit.
